These are blocks made of Gabion mesh which can be filled with on site rocks,stones,debris and crushed concrete. They are made of double twisted hexagonal mesh fabric.The steel mesh fabric posses high mechanical strength, and double twist weaving of wire prevents unravelling.
P.V.C Gabion Boxes can resist corrosion with greater efficiency thus making the Gabions suitable for salty, marine or polluted environments. We use 100% virgin grade P.V.C for P.V.C caoting on Galvanized or Galum wire. The anti aging and anti cracking quality of P.V.C ensures longer life of wire than any other coating. P.V.C is resistant in moisture and water. The moisture resistant property also ensures durability of the coating as well as resistance to ultraviolet rays. P.V.C caoted wire can withstand extreme weathering and can endure heat of up 60 degree celsius.

Welded Mesh Gabions are valid and effective technical solution in the design, construction and maintenance of a variety of civil structure. They can provide effective, economical and environmentally acceptable solution to a range of civil engineering problem.
Welded Mesh Gabions are more aseptically pleasing, quicker and cheaper to install than woven mesh gabions.
These are manufactured from cold drawn steel wire and strictly conform to BS1052:1986 for tensile strength. It is then electrically welded together and Hot dipped Galvanized or ALU-Zinc coated to BS443/EN10244-2 ensuring a longer life. The mesh can be organic polymer coated to safeguard against corrosion and other weathering effects, especially when the gabions are to be used in salty and highly polluted environments.
